2023 Quarter Four NATP President’s Message

Jan 05, 2024

Greetings and Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a happy holiday season and is staying warm and rolling along!

Since this is my first message as the Nebraska Association of Transportation Providers (NATP) president, I’d like to introduce myself to those whom I haven’t yet had a chance to meet personally. My name is Cecelia Grotz-Moran and I have worked as transit operations manager for CRANE Public Transit in Grand Island for five years.

I’d like to thank our outgoing president, Nikki Pinkelman, for her service with NATP. She is always a positive influence on transit and NATP events. We appreciate everything Nikki did as president and continues to do for public transit.

Also, I’d like to thank everyone who attended the annual meeting and the Roadeo in September. The Roadeo was well attended and it was a great opportunity to learn and network. We know how busy transit can be, so thank you again to everyone who took the time to participate in these events!

The NATP board is working on finalizing the 2024 event calendar, with several things planned, so be sure to watch for additional information coming soon.

Looking forward to another great year!
