2022 Quarter Two NATP President’s Message

Jul 08, 2022

Can you believe it is July already? Hope you are all enjoying the summer. I am excited to announce that I will continue to be the NATP president for one more year!

The Annual NATP membership dues have been sent out, please continue to support us. If you have any questions, please reach out to any area board member or Jen Eurek. Happy to share that Cliff Lindell has been re-elected to the eastern region. New the board this year is Pam Arterburn, at-large member and Curtis Richter to the western region, please welcome them. If you need board member contact info please visit www.neatp.org.

It was wonderful to have two recent in person meetings! The March training sessions in Grand Island provided lots of good insight. The Manager’s Workshop in Norfolk went well, lots of good internet information, and NDOT updates. Congratulations to Tyler Theissen and Joyce Deaver on their Manager of the Year awards!! Thanks to North Fork Area Transit for providing evening trolley transportation. Thanks to all of you who partook in the evening putt-putt golf, what a fun social night.

Upcoming we have the annual NATP Driver Training and Roadeo. The theme this year will be Western and we will be celebrating our 30th year! This will be September 14-15 in Kearney, registration information was emailed earlier this week. Would like to see a great turn out of drivers and managers, it is a fabulous networking opportunity.

Until next time!
